Alejandro

Hello Lover!

KitchenAid KSM150PSSM Artisan Series 5-Quart Stand Mixer, Silver Metallic

Yes, this is Alejandro, my new boyfriend.

Super sexy, body as hard as steel, and knows just what I like!

Perhaps I cried when I opened him on Christmas morning...perhaps I cried like a baby.
You see, I had a suspicion that I was getting Alejandro (as Mom is terrible at keeping secrets from me). However, the few days leading up to Christmas, Mom and my sister, Sarah, did a really good job throwing me off. By Christmas I resigned myself in the fact that it just wasn't going to happen.

Well, dear friends, it did.

Why do I need a mixer? Perhaps because of this:

And this:

And this:

And this:

And this:

Don't forget this:

I didn't keep track of how many I made or how many hours I spent -- but I think it was quite a success. Here are some of my delicious creations:

(Frosted sugar cookies, sprinkled sugar cookies, chocolate chip, peppermint chip, Andes mint chip, cinammon chip, pinwheels, cake mix cookies, cocoa cookies, no-bakes, oreo bark, peanut butter squares, fudge, cake balls, peppermint squares, oreo balls and Andes mint squares)

Needless to say, I'm pretty certain Alejandro will get a lot of action -- and we will live happily ever after

A Trip Down Awkward Lane... aka Peek-a-boo!

Call me a creeper, but I think awkward photos of random people are hilarious. So, I was quite thrilled when my sister, Sarah, showed me This site.

Basically, it is a collection of awkward family photos and my oh my does it make me laugh.

Some of my faves are as follows:

Parenting at it's finest?

Pooh's family

A Special Kind of Love

One big, happy family

Dribble

Chester the Molester

And, last...but MOST certainly not least is the best of all....the Hidden Treasure (look close...)

Silent Observers

Apparently there are some secret viewers of my blog now. Let me tell you a short story which led to said events.

Last Friday, my boss turned to me and asked, "What does your license plate say?"

Whoops.

I may have turned a few shades of red.

Of course, my response was "Look it up in the urban dictionary".

And, do we all remember what that says?

Hmmmm....not really something I wanted to share with my boss.

Long story short, this came up at the annual Christmas party, as well as the fact that I have a blog. Now, they announced the wrong blog address, so I doubt I will get a ton of them viewing my [awesome] blog, but apparently some have already viewed it.

While that may have been one of the most embarrassing moments ever, my new t-shirt totally sazzles!

So, I'd like to take a minute to welcome any of my silent observers out there! Hope you have a sazzlerific day!

...for the record...the "drugged up" comment in no way actually applies to me. If you question it, I'll give you a hair sample to test!
